It preceded 'eagle-eye vision' by two years, was contrasted to the 'crusher' version of the caveman-like Intruders and was constructed of a softer plastic. The Mike Power version often grew discolored, and a different sized pin attaching it to the forearm meant that you could not replace it with the older, harder model.
